My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were immaculate, with good working AC and no musty smell. The location, surrounded by palm trees and beautifully lighted at night, was a dream. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining options were good, but a bit limited for supper. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, there was an issue with hot water and a flooded room due to a broken pipe. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, ranging from a manager belittling the bartender to the amazing and attentive concierge services available. The location was fabulous, with lush green lawns, jungle walkways, and plenty of relaxation spots, but the dining options, especially for local cuisine, were lacking. Despite some hiccups, the overall value for money was decent.
